Shipping & Orders
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes! We currently ship across Canada and the US, we are working on setting up more sales to international markets like Europe, Japan, Mexico, stay tuned for more details. Shipping rates vary by courier and time of year, and delivery times vary by location.
How do I track my online order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Store Information
What are your store hours?
Our store hours are Wednesday to Friday 9am - 5pm, Saturday 7am - 4pm, Sunday 7am - 2pm. Closed Mondays and Tuesday. (During the summer we are open 7 days a week, Mondays and Tuesdays we are open from Noon to 5pm.)
Do you have live bait in stock?
Yes, we carry fresh live bait. Availability can vary by season, so we recommend calling ahead if you need a specific type.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange items?
Yes, you have up to 45 days to return or exchange what you bought, exchanges and returns will only be done on product that isn't used.
Wholesale & Business
Do you offer wholesale pricing for businesses?
Absolutely. We do offer a wholesale program to other shops on Shopify through the Shopify collective app, if you'd like to add fishing product to your Shopify store, please follow the link for more information. https://stonytackleshack.ca/apps/collective/retailer-referral (We are currently working on packages for gas stations, etc. for a later date, if you are interested in us supplying your store, please send us a message at info@stonytackleshack.ca)

Definitely! Our team knows the local waters and we're always happy to share tips on what's working, where to fish, and which gear to use for different conditions.
