The Juju Baetis is a great chironomid  pattern. Match the color and size to what the trout are feeding on and fish like you would any chironomid.

A more buoyant version of the Adams fly, the Humpy Adams is a great fly for faster water. Apply a bit of floatant and nothing will bring this fly under, except your catch.

An articulated popper? Yes, please!!! Pike leep out of the water for the action and noise of this fly. Place it over promising water, retrieve in short quick pulls and wait for the rise. You will know when it happens.

Our Foam Ant Black is a very popular fly and with good reason, it catches fish. During testing however we did discover an issue in that we couldn't follow it after casting. Thus our idea for the Hi-Vis Foam Ant Black was born. It catches fish too!!!

Our Henryville Special is a killer caddis fly imitation. We like to skate or skitter it on the surface to entice strikes.

As with most of our olive colored fishing flies, we like to use the Hare's Ear Olive on bright sunny days. Let it drift and watch that indicator/hopper for any unexpected movement or pauses and set the hook.

As one of our more versatile fishing flies, the Hare's Ear Brown7 is usually fished in an indicator/nymph set up. Where legal, we really like to use it in a hopper/dropper or dry/dropper fashion. We've caught everything on this fly; trout, whitefish, suckers and even perch, so make sure to have a few in your box.

As probably the most popular nymph of all-time, the black Hare's Ear is a great scud, sow bug, mayfly nymph, and caddis larvae imitation but also represents a host of other aquatic insects. Stillwater, rivers, small streams, anytime of year it is always a good idea to tie on a Hare's Ear.

Our H & L Variant is designed for fast, turbulent water. The materials we use as well as our design keep this fly floating through the roughest water. Add a little of our Floating Stuff Floatant and nothing will bring this fly down. Did we mention that trout love it?

The Griffiths Gnat is designed to float half in, half out of the water to imitate an emerging midge trying to get out of its shuck. For this reason try not to use floatant on the Griffiths Gnat or it will become fully dry.

On most Alberta streams the Green Drake hatch is very prolific and one that trout key in on. Make sure to have some of these because when the greens are hatching the trout feed.

A great caddis fly variation. Works as well dread drifted as it does on the swing. Trout even love to hit it while it is being pulled upstream during retrieval. One of our favorite flies to tie on as the trout tend to hit it ferociously.

The Glowing Eye Epoxy Mini Minnow does exactly as is sounds. We prefer this in spring when the bait fish are small but it works well year round.
