Bohning's Multi-Fletcher® Jig will truly do it all! Every Multi-Fletcher® includes 7 color-coded clamp inserts for different angles, from straight up to a 3° right or left helical. It works with all arrow diameters from X10s to 27s. The Multi-Fletcher® can do a 3 or 4 fletch and will accommodate arrows with standard nocks or x-bow bolts. The rugged 16-gauge stainless steel base and durable composite clamps can be cleaned with acetone to remove adhesive residue. The unique snap-lock clamp plate with inserts provide superior adhesion force and consistent angles, and the feather inserts are specially designed to avoid damage to feathers. The Heat® Vane, with its low profile and quiet flight, is ideal for bowhunting and 3D archery and is NASP approved. It quickly became popular for indoor spots and crossbow bolts as well. Its low profile provides more cable clearance, and the ultra-stiff material the Heat Vane is made of prevents vane flutter for a smooth, silent arrow rotation. When using with a fixed-blade broadhead, we recommend a four fletch. The Heat Vane measures 2.5" (63.5mm) in length, 0.41" (10.4mm) in height, and weighs an average of 6.1 grains (395mg). Like all Bohning vanes, the base of the Heat Vane is pre-primed for optimal adhesion. Due to the ultra-stiff material, we recommend using an instant glue and/or a fletching jig with high adhesion force such as Bohning's Tower Jig or Multi-Fletcher. Fletch Fuse is Bohning's budget-friendly instant glue designed for vanes, points, inserts, outserts, & swedged nocks. It works on all shaft types - carbon, aluminum, fiberglass, wood, and wrapped or crested arrows. Fletch Fuse adhesive is slightly thicker and contains more additives than Blazer® Bond. It requires a clamp time of 30 seconds and a cure time of 2 hours. To prevent Fletch Fuse from drying out prematurely, store it inside a plastic bag/container in a refrigerator NOT containing food or beverages. One year expiration on unopened bottles.

Ferr-L-Tite® was Bohning's first product, developed in 1946, and has been the archery industry's standard ever since! This hot melt adhesive is designed for points, inserts, and outserts on wood and aluminum shafts (for carbon, we recommend Ferr-L-Tite Cool Flex). It requires an open flame for installation or removal and is fully cured as soon as it reaches room temperature (about 5 minutes). Ferr-L-Tite is heat reversible on aluminum shafts - flame required. It has a melting point of 350° F (176.7°C). Available in 12 gram sticks No expiration. Certified Crossbow Compatible. Ferr-L-Tite Cool Flex® is designed for points, inserts, outserts, and pin bushings on carbon shafts. This hot melt adhesive has flexible properties which keep it from cracking even after repeated target impacts. Cool Flex is a must for carbon shafts, but it also works great on aluminum and fiberglass. It requires a flame for installation, but just use HOT WATER for easy adjustment, replacement, or removal of points, inserts, outserts, and pin bushings. Cool Flex is fully cured as soon as it reaches room temperature (about 5 minutes), and its melting point is 280°F (137.8°C). Available in 12 gram sticks and 1 pound bricks. No expiration. Bohning's F Nock fits micro shafts with an ID of .166" (commonly known as 4mm or G Nock) shafts and G UNI Bushing systems. The F Nock features a double-lock throat of .120" (3.05mm). Each F Nock weighs an average of 6.5 grains (421.2 mg). Tech tip: for easier insertion and indexing, apply a small amount of Bohning's Tex-Tite or Seal-Tite Wax to the nock shank. NOT ALL BRANDS OF NOCKS ARE CREATED EQUAL At Bohning, every nock style must pass the following steps before introduction to the market: 1. Computer simulations identify potential weak points. 2. Destructive testing methods expose possible design flaws or material defects. 3. Accelerated life cycle testing using a custom-built bow is performed at kinetic energy levels exceeding 110 ft-lbs (nearly twice that of most hunting bows).
